Only customers who have purchased the custom travel planning service are eligible to purchase the online concierge service during their trip.
During your time in China, you may encounter unexpected difficulties, such as having to change your itinerary or spending unnecessary money. We recommend purchasing the daily-priced online concierge service, which provides 14 hours of service daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During this time, any issues you encounter will be addressed by customer service, who can help adjust your itinerary and advise you on how to enjoy food, drinks, and activities in the most cost-effective way. This service can only be booked and activated after your arrival in China.
Service process
1.Pay the service fee.
2.Add the customer service WhatsApp or WeChat account. (We strongly recommend you download and register WeChat, which is an essential app for traveling in China. Besides chat, it supports payments, ride-hailing, ordering food delivery, and more.)
3.Ask any questions via WhatsApp or WeChat at any time.
4.Concierge service will be provided with a guaranteed response time of no more than 10 minutes. For urgent matters, we suggest contacting us directly via WeChat voice call.
